- Primary responsibilities included, user Relativity \ Relone account creation and provide access to the workspace as per the requirement and data staging\extraction, processing, imaging, OCRing, indexing, reports creation.
- Handled varies request like imaging, OCR, migration from ECA to review Workspace, Running structure analytics, indexing, exports.
- Worked on production where documents required to produce in image\native format including branding, redactions and bates stamping as per client requirement.
- Conducted quality assurance checks on processed data and identified any inconsistencies or errors.
- Participated in training and development programs to stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the field.
- Gained experience in e-discovery tools like Relativity, Relone, Nuix and Brainspace.
Data Hosting Engineer - Consillio

As an Data Hosting Engineer my primary responsibility is work on exports and production requests.
- Ensure Operations activity progresses as scheduled and required for the eDiscovery projects.
- Prepare production as per client requirements and determine the most effective and efficient way to complete tasks to meet client expectations
- Perform quality checks of work product including production QCs, metadata population checks ,Tiffing, Exports etc.
- Guide PM team to understand the process and requirement.
- Manage the day-to-day operations (Data Loading to Productions) of the data operations function in Relativity.
- Use multiple products & techniques to handle issues with electronic documents tiffing/imaging processes.
- Prioritize tasks for assigned projects and participate in transfer of work from one shift to another shift.
