Customer has built up a range of quality products with a commitment to develop innovative firefighting products and to provide a world class quality and services. Since it was established, customer has grown-up rapidly as one of the largest professional companies in the field of Fire Fighting Industry in UAE and abroad. Customer is having multiple fire-fighting documentation approval related processes which are very essential for government approval and for projects implementation. Without the use of modern and cutting-edge solution in place, most of these processes are being handled manually. The solution was proposed with the Oracle Integration (OIC/PCS), On Premise Oracle Database and Oracle Content and Experience cloud (OCE).
