About
Experienced Network Engineer with 4+ years of expertise in IP Networking and Voice/Unified Communications. I manage enterprise infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal performance, specializing in troubleshooting Layer 2/3 issues, incident management, and configuration of Cisco, Juniper, Meraki, and OneAccess devices. I bring strong skills in BGP, MPLS, VLANs, SD‑WAN, and proactive monitoring, alongside hands‑on experience in migrations and IOS upgrades.
On the Voice side, I support SIP Trunks, Cloud PBX, and Unified Communications, configure SBCs, and resolve VoIP issues using Wireshark, Oracle BPM, SAS, and IMS to deliver seamless communication services.

- Monitor and support enterprise network infrastructure to ensure high availability, stability, and optimal performance across production environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Layer 2/3 incidents (routing, switching, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP) within SLA targets using ServiceNow.
- Create and maintain network documentation, SOPs, and KB articles to streamline operations.
- Diagnose issues such as link down, latency, packet loss, and slow performance.
- Configure and support Cisco ASR 9k/9000, 3400, Meraki, OneAccess, Zhone routers.
- Manage BGP configurations, MPLS, VLANs, MTU, routing, switching, and interface settings including IP address allocation, MTU adjustments, VLAN setup, and duplex settings.
- Configure Cisco Meraki SD‑WAN, including security policies, DHCP, VLANs, and application‑based policies.
- Support L2/L3 Internet, Broadband, NeoVPN, and SD‑WAN services, coordinating with field engineers and multiple offnet vendors.
- Conduct SVI testing, document incidents, and collaborate with L2 teams to resolve complex issues.
- Support enterprise SIP Trunks, PRI, Cloud PBX, and Unified Communications services.
- Configure and monitor Session Border Controllers (SBCs) including VLAN provisioning, health checks, failover validation, and instance monitoring.
- Monitor IMS, NGN, Huawei U2020/N2000, international carrier alarms to ensure uninterrupted voice service availability.
- Analyze SIP signaling and resolve VoIP issues using Wireshark, Oracle BPM, SAS, IMS.
- Perform customer migrations, Service Verification Testing (SVT), RCA documentation, and vendor coordination.
