Allied Engineering works Pvt. Ltd.(AEW) has pioneered in designing and manufacturing of cable & wires, Energy meters and smart Grid solution. Production professional with more than 7.5 years experience in Electrical & Electronics manufacturing Industry.

• Daily/weekly/monthly report by model and prepare customer weekly report
• Verify customer related issue and analysis or given improvement action as per analysis report or implement in MI or Test process
• Develop comprehensive quality control requirements and procedures for each project, including product
• Verification of All BOM, Layout of model and the process requirement documents
• Handling quality process related issues and eliminating the defects
• Check all Software and tools version which use in mobile MI testing Process
• Raise change note for proposed deviation in BOM (Bill of Material) or ERN (Engineering Release Note)
• Support the KAIZEN team to implement the process on production floor
• Responsible for cost improvements activities, manpower/machine/methods/layouts etc
• Run production of new projects, study specifications, VOC (Voice of Customer), standards and test
• Coordinator of 5 team members and also responsible for maintenance of FIFO
