I am an experienced Customer Success Executive with a background in Hospitality Management and Computer Science Engineering. Seeking a challenging career that gives me opportunities to learn, innovate and enhance my skills and strength in conjunction with company’s goals and objectives.
I am currently employed with Gerson Lehrman Group as Senior Associate since August of 2021. In my role, I am responsible to interact with Network Members and solve queries regarding rate, projects, payments, GLG’s processes and more via e-mail; process and analyze Network Member data to identify member concerns, trends, and opportunities for improvement, which led to increased Network Member retention by 25% in 2022; collaborate with Client Solutions and Network Development teams to protect the integrity of all GLG engagements and ensuring that Network Members have a best-in-class experience; support GLG Integrated Insights team for sourcing experts through LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse.
Prior to this, I spent more than two years (07/2018 - 08/2020) as Front Office Associate with Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, where I focused on directing Concierge operations, involving guest transportation, tours, sightseeing, up-selling city & hotel experiences and other guest queries. I also initiated new processes for collecting hotel car fleet data & analyzed for optimal usage and guest success and established a cost-friendly digital maps solution for guest sightseeing & transportation. I was also responsible for formalizing training and operating procedures for the Concierge department.
I have completed M.Sc. in Hospitality & Tourism from WelcomGroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration in 2018. Prior to this, I completed a B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering from Sharda University, Greater Noida.
