If someone asked my friends and relatives about me, they would describe me as a very friendly, intelligent, active person and a man with diverse interests. I think the most important trait in me is the interest in anything finance. Am a commerce and business management student with an interest in management.

I also have a passion for travelling. These elements have given me a very broad outlook, with varying degrees of knowledge in a range of topics. I have work experience of 7 years almost and 4.5 years into Big 4 firms.

Working with the client to develop claim methodologies and prepare R&D tax relief claims for submission to HMRC.

• Managing overall client engagement, including liaison with senior staff, Partners and client staff.
• Advise client technical specialist on the application of the R&D guidelines to their work
• Identifying potential R&D projects for the clients to claim R&D tax reliefs.
• Preparing customized excel templates for the clients as per their needs.
• Preparing Transmittal letters and claim reports for the client.
• Working with the onshore finance team and tax specialists to ensure that eligible R&D Tax expenditure are correctly identified.

My master’s degree in business management and commerce has given me a strong analytical and thinking ability. In two years that of period I’ve done this course, I’ve learned a lot about how money changes hands and stock market behaves.
