• Test the mosquito nets treated with synthetic pyrethroids have proved to be an important tool for the control of malaria. In research we did laboratory culture and rearing of local vectors for the test.
• Dissection of field vectors, salivary gland, ovary to know the positivity.
• Cone Bioassay test, Tunnel test of used nets to know the efficacy after several washes.
• Susceptibility tests, Field evaluation, perception and trials of nets by randomized households in the hyper-endemic tribal belts, for community acceptance & to determine efficacy & longivity of nets.
