I am a self motivated and costumer focused Operation Manger with over 15 years of experience in managing daily operations, Administrative Support, and resource management. My biggest achievements include overseeing the smooth running of a large office space and residential building, successfully handling customer complaints and inquiries, and efficiently managing resources. I am an effective communicator who is able to work well with both team members and external stakeholders.
I am also highly proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications related to facility management. I possess strong leadership abilities that help me foster positive relationships while leading a team of facility management professionals. I have successfully managed soft service and admin activities in various sectors, such as hotels, malls, residential and commercial buildings, hospitals, and airports.
I have coordinated with HR department and provided administrative support and anticipated client requirements, conducted on-job training, and monitored staff performance. I have also received several awards for my honesty, flexibility, and initiative. I am a customer-focused, adaptable, and energetic professional who believes in teamwork and communication.
In my 16 years of work experience in Operations(In India – 8 Yrs. & In Gulf 8 Yrs.4 Month), I got an opportunity to work in various establishment and learned from different work culture which including 5 Star Hotels, Malls, High raised Buildings, International Air Ports, Hospital (Quarantine Center).
