I have extensive and diversified experience for over 16 years in Food Processing industries and Hospitality field with key focus on Food Safety & Hygiene, Quality Assurance, Health & Safety, Food Safety auditing and Training having practical and solid understanding of Food Safety Management systems (HACCP & ISO 22000:2018).
As a Food Science & Technology post graduate, I am confident I have the skills and motivation to pursue my work and qualify for most of the requisites for this work. I am interested in Food microbiology as well as Food Technology. During the course, I have gained expertise in Food Chemistry, Food-Microbiology, Food-Engineering, Bio-chemistry, HACCP, Chromatographic techniques, Instrumentation, etc.
I was able to think individually and out of the box and always came up with pragmatic solutions to the problems at hand and a firm believer in knowledge beyond books. I am always seen as an asset to my team because of my efficient work and troubleshooting skills.
