- Taking part in project meetings for assessing project progress, performing SWOT analysis of complex situations and delivering technical inputs on the same
- Directing the master planning & scheduling for various activities as per client’s requirement / need; formulating master schedules for all the projects consisting of resource schedules, milestones, cash flow projections, Invoice and periodic observation

- Accomplished the projecting time for ‘Construction of 6 Nos. Elevated Water Service Reservoirs’ in the given time frame that is 2 years (Dec’12-Dec’14)
- Managed the planning and execution of maintenance activities of numerous kinds of pumps, compressors, fans, centrifuges, mixing mill, valves condensers and so on
- Anchored on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilisation to maximise the output
- Inspected the work as per architectural & structural drawing and maintained the record of inspection
- Steered the project management cycle entailing requirement gathering, reviewing drawings, preparing feasibility reports & master project plan, project estimates and cash flow projections for administrative approval of the client/ management
