• Operational Management - Full ownership of the store's Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational metrics & Includes Inventory & outbound order processing.
• Inventory & Stock Control - Maintaining accurate stock levels, managing replenishment & minimizing shrinkage(stock loss). This involves using the FIFO - first -In,first- out method for perishable goods.
• Team Leadership - Hiring, training & motivating a team of store executive, pickers & packers. Includes Managing roaster & staff schedule to cover pick hour's.
