Cycle of the SDLC involvement. Qualitative experience in development, maintenance support on TIBCO BW. Hands on Experience on Tibco related skill such as TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO EMS/Adapters, TIBCO Administrator, APIGEE Google Cloud and TIBCO Spot fire.
Hands on Experience in handling the Tool such as SOAP/REST Services, WSDL/WADL, GIT, Bit bucket, Jenkins, CI/CD Pipeline, Oracle PL/SQL, Postman & Soap UI testing, RLM Deployment, Service Now CR Creation & Deployment, MuleSoft Any point studio, Any point Platform, Docker, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes (Basics), winscp, gems tool, Layer 7 Api policy tool, open code, putty, mobaxterm, GEMS, APIGEE Google Cloud and Toad Oracle.
Experience in Banking and Telecom domains with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Skilled in manual deployments, queue monitoring, log analysis, and troubleshooting integration issues. The Dispute Management System was developed under the Tech Mandatory and Communication Cell to streamline and resolve customer transaction disputes raised via ATMs. The application consisted of key modules like Case Creation, Parameter Screen, and Communication Screen. The system integrated with Java backend services, mainframe applications, and external systems such as ADS.
Responsible for developing and enhancing modules, enabling communication workflows via email and SMS (with attachments), implementing integration logic using WSDL, WADL, Solace JMS, and XSLT transformations. Agile methodologies were followed, and the entire development and deployment lifecycle included robust CI/CD, testing, and production support practices.
Tibco-Developer - Wipro - Chennai

This project involved the development and enhancement of a Dispute Resolution System under the ATM Cell domain to address and resolve user-reported transaction disputes. The system included multiple modules such as Case Creation, Parameter Management, and Communication Handling. Key responsibility was to develop and integrate the Parameter Screen functionality, collaborate with Java backend teams, and ensure smooth service interaction via WSDL-based communication.
The solution followed Agile methodology and used Jira for sprint planning and requirement tracking. Source code was managed via Bit bucket and Jenkins was used for automated CI/CD deployment across environments.
