Key Deliverables • Manage day to day laboratory testing activities of Haematology & Blood Bank, Biochemistry, immunology, serology section, to assure sufficient quantities of supplies, reagents, instrumentation and qualified competent staff are available to meet the standards of care • Make vital contribution in • Haematology, Coagulation routine and special tests including Lupus and factor assays. Day 2 day Phlebotomy and Venous section for patient with high Haemoglobin and Haematocrit, Blood grouping, indirect coomb’s test, direct coomb’s test, Antibody Identification by micro gel card technique from Bio-Rad, Biochemistry, Immunology, Serology, POCT, ISO, JCI, CAP documents, quality indicators, duty management and handle immunoassay. Interested in learning new techniques in Molecular Biology department as it is new to my profile like PCR for Covid Testing • Execute and develop the best practices and standard operating procedures targeting at organizational excellence • Conduct quality aspects analysis, safety control and implement strict adherence to safety measures & techniques, defects prevention and quality planning • Operate closely with the senior quality management team to ensure quality reports and see that procedures are followed and monitored for process accordance & effectiveness • Manage day to day laboratory operations, prepare reports to submit to the Management • Perform methods selection, assay design, data analysis, and bio analytical science advisory for various projects with in the laboratory practices • Plan & coordinate the work activities of staff and provide technical guidance while directing teams to troubleshoot instruments where necessary to ensure smooth progress of projects • Maintain files of all completed relevant tests and laboratory requisition forms along with managing & documenting various critical laboratory instrument functions and taking corrective action when required • Distribute all released and sign results to the respective doctors on time on a priority basis and ensure test-result validity before recording/reporting results, while earning a reputation for meticulous attention to detail • Preserve all Lab Instruments in good condition with accountability of budgeting on lab expenditures on yearly basis to achieve optimum cost saving • Carry out daily start up and shut-down procedures for all laboratory instruments along with maintaining lab equipment and troubleshooting/resolving instrument problem • Manage continuous monitoring of the environmental condition in Production area to ensure adherence to statutory • Make efficient use of universal safety precautions to protect self and co-workers from bio-hazardous materials, including blood borne pathogens • Sustain sufficient inventory of reagents, material supplies and equipment as well as safeguard that all equipment’s are maintained according to the standards and verify all preventive maintenance is done appropriately • Recognize and improve quality indicators for laboratory performance as well as involve in Biochemistry, Immunology and haematology tests validations before introducing the tests in the test menu • Monitoring TAT for ICU & Emergency samples thereby inform the panic values to the concern Dr/Consultant • Manage the verification of lab thermometers against standard reference thermometer as well as establish various CME within laboratory staff, preparation of MSDS for chemicals and reagents, internal audits in laboratory • Manage the entire gamut of activities pertaining to processing Hb and Protein Electrophoresis on Beckman gel Electrophoresis system, processing ANA, DsDNA, ATA, FTA, and ASAMA with Immuno florescence technique & Elisa testing.

 I am a Bachelor degree holder BSc Chemistry with Diploma In Medical Laboratory Technology.
