• Site inspection of all Finishing works including Masonry, Tiling (Flooring and Dado), Painting, Door frames, and shutter fixing, stone cladding (Dry and Wet), False Ceiling, Façade, waterproofing, toilet works including knowledge of interior finishing materials and its quality parameters.
• Play a key role as part of the site management team, collaborating with various groups, including engineers, architects, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
• Preparation of Measurement for all items through drawings for sub-contractor billing.
• Checking Bills raised by vendors including on site work inspection and verification of measurement as per drawing.
• Preparing the sub-contractor bill.
• Preparing JMR for extra work.
• Reconciliation of different finishes items like tile, kota & marble stone, Paint work, False ceiling, Windows, Steel & Wooden doors, etc.
• Maintaining all billing, planning, quality, and safety documents.
• Preparing & tracking Daily, Weekly & monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate with client and consultant.
• Preparation of request for information (RFI) for client/consultant.
