Currently working as Assistant Manager-Product Development & Process Improvement in Symega Food Ingredients Limited.My role includes:

• Product development in wet category (sauces, emulsions and dips).
• Product scale up and commercialization. Conduct Internal audit.
• Benchmarking, analyzing and matching market samples as per customer requirement.
• Working closely with B-B customers (YUM, Burger King, Dominos) on project briefs.

I have completed my masters in Food Plant Operations and Management from National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management in 2018.
