I have been working as a Configuration Manager Administrator at HCL Tech for the past four years and have 9 years of experience. In this role, I am responsible for deploying and managing software updates to all of our clients' devices, including M365 apps, Windows Workstation and Servers. Prior to this role, I worked on application/package creation and software distribution activities in Configuration Manager.
My work has helped keep client's devices up-to-date and secure. Additionally, I have created several custom reports and PowerShell scripts to help troubleshoot and automate fixes within the SCCM environment. Furthermore, I have participated in monitoring SCCM infrastructure and troubleshooting site server health issues, as well as upgrades to the console and adding additional DPs.
