As a BBA student specializing in Human Resources, I gained hands-on experience during my internship at Trip Factory, supporting campus recruitment drives across multiple colleges. I was involved in end-to-end recruitment activities including interview coordination, drafting job descriptions and call letters, candidate follow-ups, and group discussions. Alongside this, I serve as Culture Coordinator at Presidency University, managing events from planning to execution.

I was also a core team member for Invincia 2026, one of Bangalore's largest cultural fests, where I handled cultural event operations and contributed to sponsorships. I am eager to build my career in HR and contribute with strong communication, organization, and people management skills
