In my last company, I was heading and managing overall service operations of a well-known EPSON & CANON Office Equipment authorized Service Center Office- Tenaui Middle East in Dubai, Ajman, UAE, as a ' Senior Service Operations Manager'. I started their Service Center from scratch to good profits. I oversaw overall operations of the Service Center branch office. Also, I managed customers for critical operational issues.
2. I Worked in NTC (Canon authorized UAE Distributor), Dubai for 12 years as Senior Operations Supervisor..
