- Job Planning and Execution: Responsible for Facility/Capacity planning, done with the help of forecasting, Personnel management, Selecting and training personnel, Measuring performance, Taking actions to improve performance, Motivating and developing employees to reach their full potential by providing meaningful work, effective leadership, and recognition for achievements
- General Work: Overall In-charge for store and sales related activities, Man power In-charge which include sales girl, billing clerk, delivery supervisor, driver, delivery boy and attender, Man power training for Sales girl and Billing clerk and responsible fixing, Transfer In should be carried out in the system, In-charge of all store assets such as computers, printers, racks, refrigerators etc., Prevent theft from customers and employees, Daily account closing and handing-over cash to accounts
- Sales & Stock: Co-ordinating store stock verification once in three months, Achieving Monthly sales target set by CEO
- Expiry: Verifying expired products should be removed from rack, Near to expiry should be presented to purchase manager for offers, Ensure Products cleanliness, visibility and arrangement should be taken care
- Grocery: Low-quantity stocks and dried out need to be re-filled from Warehouse, Responsible for maintaining grocery stock and raising indent to Villupuram warehouse, Ensure grocery quality received from Warehouse. If the quality is not good, immediately return and should report to CEO
- Customer: Get honest customer feedback regarding price, quality, online and convey to CEO every week, Customer complaints handling and report it to CEO every day, if any, Ensuring customers are satisfied with our service
- Online order: Making sure all orders are delivered to customers within 2-5 hours period in coordination with delivery supervisor, Ensuring right products are delivered to customers for online order in co-ordination with delivery supervisor
- Promotional and Marketing: Execution of offers and combo offers products assigned by purchase manager, Responsible for promotional and marketing activities assigned by management, Every week Marketing activities should be carried out, after finalizing with CEO and purchase manager, Summiting marketing plan weekly and report feedback for all marketing activities carried out to CEO
- Report: Local purchase for online orders should be reported to CEO daily, Weekly progress should be reported to CEO in person on Monday Afternoon. Regarding all the roles and responsibility assigned, Vendors handling like fruits, vegetables and café and their payment report needs to be submitted to accounts department every week
