Sr. CAE Engineer at Toyoda Gosei Uno Minda India Pvt. Ltd. (2026-02 – Present)

• Worked on replicating system level Curtain Airbag behaviour with the minimum available resources to gain a better understanding of airbag behaviour. Responsible for model setup, simulation debugging and post processing. Analysed the effect of different modelling parameters on airbag deployment and used the findings to support future simulation activities.
• Successfully completed two Curtain Airbag projects for Maruti Suzuki India Limited. Responsible for preprocessing, model setup, simulation debugging and post-processing throughout the project.
• Carried out correlation and post processing for the driver airbag tear seam analysis. Analysed the simulation results, compared them with test data, identified areas for improvement, and supported the team in achieving better correlation between the simulation and the physical test.
• Utilised *INTERFACE series of cards to carry out vehicle level simulation with minimum computational time and space.
• Also leading the project of HPC infrastructure development alongside DELL Technologies at Toyoda Gosei Technical Centre India.

CAE Intern at ELENO ENERGY (2025-09 – 2026-01)

• Conducted a Seatbelt Anchorage Strength assessment by creating a detailed seatbelt model and defining realistic belt routing and anchorage points. Applied the specified preload of 1500 N followed by the full test load of 13,500 N to evaluate anchorage strength and load distribution as per regulatory requirements.
• Executed a Seat Back Strength simulation as per ECE R17 by applying regulatory loading to the seat back through a dummy torso representation. The setup accurately replicated occupant loading conditions to assess seat back deformation and strength performance.
• Performed a quasistatic finite element analysis of the Rear Underrun Protection Device (RUPD) using LSDYNA in accordance with IS 14812, applying all prescribed regulatory load cases and ensuring negligible kinetic energy throughout the simulation. Material behaviour for the RUPD was defined using MAT 24 to accurately capture structural response under loading.
