1. Leading the multi state maternal, child and adolescent health program management and operations in Save the Children India, provide project management & MNCHN technical support to 12 states, supported health and nutrition country strategy development for two phases, led more than 6 multi state health grants managing grants, donor relationships, government liaison, partnerships and project implementation. Multiple health interventions – Zinc ORS co-package, SBCC package on 7-point diarrhea plan, training package on child survival, BCC products on adolescent reproductive sexual health, training package in empowerment of adolescents on ARSH, have been considered by government at national and state level. Commended for developing concept notes and business models for public health programming including program and digital innovations. 
2. Instrumental in policy level dialogue with NITI Aayog on improving maternal and child health indicators of aspirational districts; member of Intensified Diarrhea Control Fortnight program committee and SAANS campaign committee housed with Child Heath Division, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India; was member of RMNCHA+ coalition. 
3. Liaison skills with government led Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in Upscaling Improving Healthy Behaviors Programs (USAID funded) to five Indian states focusing on 3600 social behavior change communication to improve maternal health and family planning behaviors and practices. Supported program development and provided technical assistance to strengthen health systems at national and across 5 states to assure equitable, high quality, and sustainable health services taking in consideration local and global best practices as well as programmatic experience.

   Experience of executing health sector assessment in the states of Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh and development of comprehensive Drug Policy for the states of Jharkhand and Uttarakhand.

4. Supported state and district health societies in developing strategy for scaling up of Skilled Birth Attendant program, Malnutrition Treatment Corners, Integrated Management of Neo natal Childhood Illnesses program, Maternal and Perinatal Death Inquiries, Alternate Vaccine Delivery System, and Improving Routine Immunization Coverage. Facilitated UNICEF for identifying suitable NGO and private sector partners and developing excellent relationships and build their capacities for achieving sustainable program impact.

   Capacity building of government officials and workers on IMNCI, Routine Immunization, SBA, RMNCH+A. 

5. Accomplished responsibility of managing multi-faceted health and nutrition projects such as Vistaar (Intra Health), Sure Start (Path), Polio (CORE), and CRS funded maternal and child health programs, implemented by CRS in the states of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Facilitated and lead the development of health projects, detailed implementation plans, and advocacy and sustainability plans.
