• Responsible for Pylon, Peir Table & Crash Barrier construction: planning, execution, supervision, and quality control.
• Prepare construction schedules, methodologies, and resource plans to meet project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, QA/QC, and safety standards.
• Manage subcontractors, monitor progress, and maintain project documentation (DPRs, NCRs, as-builts).

• Worked with Contracts Department on claim management, contractual correspondence, and DPR, MPR & MoM preparation.
• Coordinated with clients, consultants, and authorities for approvals and inspections.
• Maintained project records including DPRs, inspection reports, NCRs, and as-built drawings.
