Project Name : IT DR-System Maintenance & Delivery Group.

Role : Site Application Reliability Engineer.

Scope of the Project

This project contains complete DR Site support and monitoring for respective trading and dependent HDFC banking applications(9).

Building the bridge between the production to DR applications servers and monitor the healthy running and ensure the applications weblink is available for durable business hours. This applications are featured to process different activities like Monitoring, Risk

Maintenance and Repair Operations, Order and Service management ,Incident,Problem and Change to provides Cloud and global live support by day-to day with applicable capital markets.

• Responsible and Managing for entire DR applications end to end live support and delivery.
• Acquiring stakeholders requirements into multiple sectors and understandings their needs to be create link to bank technically and including FO/BO Operations.
• To perform and monitor the exchange connections between NSE,BSE like Capital Markets to HDFC Securities with respective business schedules.
• Co coordinating new servers configuration and perform the reboot activities as per the quality maintenance intervals.
• Ensure the minimal downtime with proactively planned for corresponding down line activities.
• Coordinating DBA with scheduled activities like backups and Restoration, Import and Export from different databases and servers also monitoring database system alerts and Shrinking of database.
• Coordinating with internal IT team and Vendors for day-to- day activity for resolving queries effectively.
• Reviewing applications health and status,checking connectivity status and responsible for monitoring and reporting all relevant front and back end applications during the business and non business hours.
• Coordinating with DPC Team to validate daily status report for aligned EOD and SOD applications.
• Available on call for Incident,Problem,Change meeting calls and closely drive an issue to get permanent fix.
• ITIL frameworks including expert knowledge of service management, service strategy, service portfolio management, service design,

service catalog, service level management, service asset and configuration management, Project planning and management and continuous service improvement.
