• Overall in-charge of Galvanizing Dept. & ETP Operation.
• Responsible for Safety , Quality ,Production, Cost, Improvement, Delivery.
• To plan and schedule the work and efficiently organize the plant activities to meet an agreed delivery time to client.
• Achieving monthly and yearly galvanization production target within budgeted time and cost parameters.
• Optimizing man & machine utilization to achieve pre-set productiontargets.
• Analyzing various processes / applications and recommending process modifications & equipment calibrations to enhance operational efficiency.
• Man Power controlling.
• Organizing pickling, Galvanizing and finished products.
• Control and monitoring system and parameters and resolution of inprocess issues with pro active actions.
• Supervision of Galvanizing Plant on day to day basis covering Galvanizing of structures • Attending project meetings to understand the project priorities of galvanization & shipping.
