AI, product, and digital transformation executive with 20+ years of enterprise delivery experience across financial services, pharma, scientific health care research publishing, and multi-business AI portfolios. Color Pencil Technology Inc - AI strategy and products: Own AI product strategy and the AI roadmap across the portfolio, and personally designed and shipped product-level AI maturity assessment application, AIDLC (governance-first multi-agent SDLC delivery system) and the AI Investment Portal (AI-native investment governance).
● Color Pencil Technology Inc - AI governance: Established the responsible-AI and compliance baseline (NIST AI RMF, COPPA and GDPR-K) and stood up AI observability, evaluation frameworks and LLM-as-a-judge quality gates that make AI-assisted delivery measurable at the release level.
● Beaver Castle CTO: Ran delivery across a multi-account IT services portfolio spanning healthcare, e-commerce, legal tech and EdTech; rebuilt the operating model and restructured the resource mix to materially reduce monthly operating cost without loss of delivery quality.
● IBM (RISE with SAP): Led delivery of a large-scale RISE with SAP migration programme across multiple hyperscalers, governing hybrid-cloud engineering, secure tenant onboarding and regulated workload migration
● IBM Cloud (TSB Bank): Lead the Delivery of Financial Services Cloud landing zones with hybrid connectivity, dynamic routing and direct links; cleared FS Cloud compliance for regulated banking workloads.
● AI-enabled delivery (Beaver Castle): Introduced AI-assisted engineering, AIOps monitoring, LLM-based ticket classification, changelog generation and a support-ticket analytics agent that surfaced recurring defect patterns and drove process change.
● AstraZeneca: Improved service efficiency through Cloud Service Management and ITIL-led transformation while sustaining enterprise-grade network uptime for global pharma R&D.
Elsevier: Led the Technology programme of UK Government Mandate end-to-end from procurement to commissioning across the Netherlands, UK, USA and India.
