Bioinformatics (Hons.) graduate with hands-on experience in R-based transcriptomic data analysis, differential gene expression, WGCNA, functional enrichment, PPI/network analysis and statistical validation, using R/RStudio and Bioconductor workflows on TCGA and GEO datasets. Skilled in end-to-end visualization — PCA, DEG/volcano plots, heatmaps, WGCNA module–trait plots, enrichment plots, network graphs, box/violin plots, Kaplan–Meier and ROC curves. Also experienced in in-silico SNP/variant analysis, protein structure and stability prediction, evolutionary conservation and molecular docking through an independent KLK3 gene study.

Interested in applying computational genomics approaches to plant functional genomics, gene-expression profiling, nutrient homeostasis and stress-response research.
