• Plan & Execute 52-week PPM schedule, Annual shut down maintenance to ensure 100% up time of all critical plant and equipment’s. 
• Implementing various Energy Conservation Activities for optimum utilization of energy, water and fuel that will contribute to green environment and the sustainability of company. 
• Ensure the Facility is a safe working environment for employees, contractors and service providers, adhering to all local, state, and central regulations. 
• Delivering high class Quality services by implementing and quality and safety std’s(EMS 14001 & OSHA 18001) and NBC norms and ASHRAE std.
• Planning and executing of Facility strategy projects by continuous improvement process in facility management that will contribute to the sustainability of company. 
• Preparing and execution of Equipment Replacement Cycle projects. Replacing EOL equipment’s with latest technology and energy efficient one.
• Enhancing facility services, safety, and quality, while preventing cost overruns by developing vendor contract specifications, with effective commercial and technical evaluation
• Taking over Plant and equipment from Projects team and set-up O&M systems and processes.
• Implementing digital solution for remote monitoring and controlling of all facility equipment’s. 
• Develop a strong working relationship with vendor service providers to ensure that all deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
• Ensure sustainable operations through conscious and consistent initiatives.
• Contribute and support to CSR Activities by Sustainable facility practices.
• Ensure facility coordination and support for all company events as required at the center.
