- Once MRP is finalized, to forward barcodes details to the warehouse dept for printing
- Once barcodes checked, forwarding the same to the vendor for dispatch of goods
- Vendor development
- Understanding vendors on basis of being cost effective, quality timely delivery and production capacity
- Determining the best vendors (performance of vendors) from production capacity, timely delivery and costing
- To sort out all quality related issues i.e. fabric consumption price and technical pattern related issues
- Ensuring WIP status comes from the vendor on a regular basis thru our quality controllers
- To ensure final inspected goods are packed in the right ratio as per the orders sheet provided to the vendor and goods are dispatched to the warehouse on time
