Key accountability for leading the Formals & Casual range for the new division, Neo Stretch.

• Led Neo Stretch brand — formal & casual: shirts, trousers, chinos, unlined jackets.
• Owned seasonal concept: trend direction, colour palettes, textile selection and storytelling.
• Conducted fit sessions and product reviews; drove QC from sampling through bulk, making adjustments and refinements as needed.
• Mentored junior designers and managed day-to-day creative workflow, fostering a collaborative, creative environment.

Assistant Design Manager at Blackberrys (2020-01 – 2024-12)

Key accountability for various categories from conceptualising to range finalisation and all activities that go into making a great range.

• Designed Shirts (Formal & Casual) and Suits/Jackets; led a team of 2 junior designers.
• Built seasonal trend decks from WGSN forecasts and internal sell-through analysis.
• Planned and envisaged seasonal stories, textile inclinations and trims related to the range.
• Conducted market analysis and trend forecasting, proposing new product lines as per business needs.
• Created TEMPTECH & TECHPRO — functional ranges that became brand best-sellers.
• Directed brand campaigns, trade shoots and VM for trade shows and retail.
• Coordinated with domestic and international vendors for development and order placement.
