I come with +20 year’s experience in Strategic HR Management with excellent people management skills and an ability and managed +25000 employees in multiple locations on PAN India basis, besides others countries.

• Have done 8 M&A & 1 JV, integration, Harmonization, etc.
• Have worked with startup organization like FINTEC, product base, etc
• Have setup entire green field project for Aisin Takaoka India Auto parts Pvt Ltd (Subsidiary of Toyota Group) for auto ancillary and SG Foundry manufacturing plant from scratch in BANGALORE with 2000 FTE
• Have setup Brownfield project for renewal energy/ telecom (Kotak Urja) and RentokilPCI for a manufacturing units and good exposure into onshore and offshore Green field projects in India and Abroad.
• Have made most of the organisation a "GREAT PLACE TO WORK" certified, with High employee engagement and enablement score and eNPS.

Currently I am associated with FINTECH organization Known as "Innoviti Payment Solutions Pvt. Ltd." as a Vice President Human Resource.

I was associated with Rentokil PCI, as CHRO- India (UK based Public limited company, rated best place to work than Apple this year); Earlier to this I have worked with Japanese company subsidiary of Toyota group, Renewable energy / EPC Projects, Facility Management, oil and refinery, construction, Heavy engineering, manufacturing, IT/ITES etc in India, Dubai, Sharja, Iran, Singapore and Bangkok. I believe I meet all the essential criteria for the position.

Rentokil Initial is a UK based public limited company operating in 80 countries. RentokilPCI is into Pest Management, Hygiene business, Product Sales & Manufacturing of Pest / agriculture pest products operating with 300 branches on PAN India with +7500 FTEs.

RPCI is a matrix organization, I work collaboratively & support Asia, Middle east and Europe.

I supported the APAC, ME & Europe HR team in implementing HR Best practices & global policies and initiatives & v/s. Handled global projects.
