• Responsible for ensuring compliance to Client ITB Specifications for all Engineering and Vendor Documentation for piping discipline. 
• On time release of approved documents to adhere to agreed project schedule.
• Approving various category 1 deliverables like unit plot plan.
• Schedule Review & Forecasting / re-forecasting. 
• Offshore Green Field & Brown Field Projects & Offshore Hook Up.
• Co-ordination with PMT departments to meet all technical Project needs. 
• Conducting IDR (Independent Design Review) and Spot Checks on various projects to ensure Quality compliance.
• Facing Quality audits: Internal as well as external and closing audit reports. 
• Preparation of Lessons Learnt Database and identifying and implementing most relevant ones for a particular project.
• Change Management, Potential Change Log maintenance and managing Technical Deviations.
• Monitoring and Controlling Costs – Manpower Planning and providing Resource Plan / Forecast for Resources 
• Monitoring and Managing as sold quantity. 
• Mentoring of resources & team building 
• Efforts for cost savings to improve the contributions 
• Monitoring the work done by team members, adherence to the quality standards, Execution in time and meeting cost budgets. 
• Review of sub vendors & subcontractors documents & drawings.
• Identifying prospective parameters impacting TIC – Total Installed cost.
• Estimation support for mid-size & major projects by engaging with Estimation team.
• Departmental activities like : Competency Matrix updation, Training, Development of estimation basis document, development of various work flows.
