- Current Project - Presently iam working as an Area HSE Lead with Riyadh Metro Rail Project since Sept – 2014 until date,(8 Years 8 Months) Started with Camp Construction with providing HS&E oversite of the construction of a 12000 man camp and the TBM Segment Factory with minimal resources to a safe and successful conclusion and got an opportunity to work in different delivery teams (Utility Diversion, Deep Under Ground Stations (Civil and MEP Works), Tunnels and Tracks ,Batching Plant,Precast-Cast Yard, Elevated Stations KAFD ICONIC STATION and 1B3 Olaya stations one of the biggest stations in Riyadh.
Also, I have experience in Oil & Gas Sector working Shell Gas To Liquid Project – 2007 TO 2009 (Incident and Injury Free Orientation Trainer)
Similarly, I also worked with New Doha International Airport Project – 2009 TO 2014 (Project HSE Trainer)
Iam a dept in reporting and training, moreover while my job experience has offered me a well-rounded skill set including project management abilities I excel at BACS.
- Supervising a HSE team of Direct 12 HSE employees and indirect of 20 Sub Con HSE Team.
- Inspecting & auditing the work sites for hazards and risk including the unsafe behavior
- Conducting Weekly Zero Accident Team Walkdown with the BACS PM’s and CMs and engineers along with BACS – Sub Contractor.
- Conducting Biweekly Boots on ground meeting with Construction crew, Chargehand, Foreman, supervisor involving engineers and managers.
- Conducting Biweekly Training for the Supervisor, Foreman and chargehands with different topics to educate them to improve the safety culture on site by transferring the knowledge to their coworkers on site.
- Conducting CBL walkdown Biweekly with the CBL observers to eliminate the high-risk behavior on the site to improve the Behavioral based safety culture on site.
- Sharing the HSE Assessment traffic lights scores for different HSE assessment with the Construction management for more improvement in filling the gaps where we need to improve to eliminate the risk on site.
- File HS&E performance reports, and other HS&E reports as required by CWJV
- Advise Employees of Hazardous Conditions/Concerns or Near Miss Incidents.
- Assist in Facilitating and / Or Conducting Incident Investigations and preparing the final report to present BACS HSE Core Team.
- Develop and deliver site induction training program to all contractors ‘employees.
- Develop training matrix and deliver specific training program for the employees in Health, Safety, Security & Environmental subjects. Implementation of these training at all levels of the organization including management team and contractors
