Dwarka expressway Project Pkg-1 (5.9 km shiv Murti intersection near IGI Airport in Mahipalpur to Bijwasan, Road Under Bridge (RUB) in Delhi. Including massive 3.6 km deep tunnel.) Project cost- INR 1349 cr. Approx (Client-NHAI).
- ERP works (Indent, Purchase order, MID, GRN, Debit Note, Sales Invoice)
- Maintaining record of Diesel purchase from Fuel pumps
- Maintain Excel day to day
- Responsible for Diesel receipt & issue Physical and ERP
- Checking the bills of suppliers & inward the bill supplement document for approve to upper hierarchy
- Establish, maintain and update Store File Database, record and other documents
- Material checking /counting & receipt purchase materials
- Handle the issue counter for material issue
- Maintain requirement register of material with physical / Available stock of store
