• ERP works (Indent, Purchase order, MID, GRN, Debit Note, Sales Invoice)
• Maintaining record of Diesel purchase from Fuel pumps
• Maintain Excel day to day
• Responsible for Diesel receipt & issue Physical and ERP
• Checking the bills of suppliers & inward the bill supplement document for approve to upper hierarchy
• Establish, maintain and update Store File Database, record and other documents
• Material checking /counting & receipt purchase materials
• Handle the issue counter for material issue
• Maintain requirement register of material with physical / Available stock of store
