I have completed my BE in Mechanical Engineering and pursued my PG in Operations. I have total 20 years of experience in Oil and Gas, Mass manufacturing and Projects based environment. I am leading the maintenance department in Godrej & Boyce mfg co. ltd which is involved in manufacturing of Precision projects for Government of India, Thales(france) etc. My role is to look after the complete plant maintenance and ensure maximum OEE of the equipments at reduced operational cost.
I have expertise in machine installation & commissioning , reconditoning retrofitting, Low cost automations and TPM implementation. I have team of 4 engineers and 38 technicians that report to me and ensure the plant operations are functioning smooth.
Apart from experience in maintaining the equipment in Oil and Gas field, I also have experience of working with continuous process plant and Precision projects
I have completed my BE mechanical in 2008 and then Pursued my PG in operations
