- KRA4 - Quality Assurance & Inspection: Train vendors in Relaxo SOPs, monitor all production stages (Cutting → Stitching → Lasting → Sole Bonding → Finishing), maintain rigorous trackers for FGQC and IPQC, conduct Inline Production Inspections (IPI) at 40-60% completion and Final Random Inspections (FRI) at 100% completion, perform random inspections using AQL standards, maintain accurate records and reports, manage customer complaints using root cause and corrective action methodologies
- KRA5 - Reporting: Conduct weekly meetings, provide daily production updates to Category Incharge, daily inspection updates in InsparQ App, report directly to AGM (Quality Assurance)
