Developing a comprehensive SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) dashboard for FFB and CPO operations, enabling business users to monitor Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) procurement from farmers, collection centers, and external vendors along with Crude Palm Oil (CPO) production, purchases, dispatches, and refinery issues. The dashboard provides real-time visibility into inward and outward movements, stock balances, transit and site losses, Oil Extraction Ratio (OER%), and operational efficiency across multiple plants and storage locations. Interactive DTD, MTD, and YTD KPI analysis with drill-down capabilities helps management track raw material availability, production trends, inventory movement, and overall supply chain performance.
- Gathered and analyzed business requirements from procurement, operations, and management teams for FFB and CPO reporting
- Coordinated with different business departments to understand FFB procurement flow, CPO production process, stock movement, and operational KPIs
- Collected and validated data from SAP S/4HANA CDS Views related to FFB inward/outward movement, crushing activities, CPO production, purchases, dispatches, and losses
- Developed SAC models and designed dimensions, hierarchies, calculations, and KPI structures based on business requirements
- Created interactive SAC Stories with KPI cards, charts, tables, and drill-down reports for FFB and CPO analysis
