• As per tech-bead & commercial bead preparation of QMS documents-PQM/PQP/Internal Quality Audit Plan/Document control procedure/Corrective and repair action plan.
• Preparation of Procurement details -Welding machines, welding consumables and Inspection Instruments to meet out as per project schedule on time.
• Preparation and get approval from client for following welding documents- ITP/Weld map/ Procedure qualification record (PQR)/ Welding Procedure specification (WPS)/ Post weld heat treatment Procedures (PWHT)/ Welder Procedure Qualification (WPQ)
• Proactively demonstrating seven continuous years a high level of expertise to provide assurance of the piping fabrication & Erection, steel structure fabrication & Erection, quality of the painting work, fire proofing work and insulation works at highly corrosive Zone (C5).
• Proficient in meeting with customers to source work, ascertain requirements and compiles estimates of time, materials and labour, and related costs and provides appropriate feedback such as estimates and part sketches as required.
• Maintaining an ongoing awareness of current projects in progress or scheduled, providing input into the planning process and accepts and assigns walk-in work in accordance with shop activity.
• Accountable for understanding the requirements of the contract piping fabrication scope of works inclusive of all aspects of the pipe spool fabrication, pipe erection, pipe welding, flange management, pipe cleanliness, coatings preservation, schedule and look ahead plans for pipe fabrication discipline.
• Ensuring work is in conformance with plans, specifications, schedules, and cost control estimates. Participating in mechanical completion, clearing punch lists, developing outstanding and carryover lists, hand over to commissioning.
• Responsible for ensuring that subcontractors are complying with contract specifications and work procedures and material is being utilized to ensure optimum efficiency, and that work is being performed in conformance with specified quality requirements.
• Interfaces with quality and engineering teams to ensure all work scopes are in compliance with project requirements/specifications, any corrections, additions, re-work identified by quality or engineering is performed accordingly support MOC process.
• Accountable for assisting in preparing punch list/carry over work packs as required, utilizing fabrication skills to manufacture, customize and modify and/or assemble components as per design specifications and assists others with various stages of individual project completions.
• Liable for inspecting complete work to ensure conformance to specifications, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Assisting with administrative processing, like ordering materials, resolving the problems regarding billing with client QS, initiating queries, construction permits. Attending pre- job meeting and weekly progress meetings.
• Successfully playing a stellar role in conducting and receiving inspection for coating materials and checking of the batch certificate and test report of coating materials.
• Responsible for technical & engineering support to field supervisors required at site.
• Familiar with the materials like SA106 GrB,SA312 TP304,316,SA333 Gr6,SA335 GrP11,P22.
• Verification of test certificates of consumables and raw materials and calibration certificates for equipments and measuring instruments.
• Reviewing all paints & coating specification, manufacture’s data sheet, painting crew personnel approvals, equipment calibration certificates, safety standards and other painting/ coating related documents. Monitored the construction work and surveillance the materials for insulation.
• Lent astute expertise to measure WFT/ DFT requirement in accordance with the relevant standard and specification. Holding technical skills for alignment of Insulation/cladding weather Jacketing.
• Checking the material for insulation and the equipment using to the thermal Hot and Cold Insulation. Examined coating defects and initiated remedial actions. Involved in the witnessing of Holiday test for underground pipelines, tanks and pressure vessel.
• Managing tool box meeting as a part of continual improvement and coached quality requirements to the crew. Ensured effective documentation of daily reports and delivered them to the client. 
• Arranging personnel qualification for Crew Supervisors, Blasters and Painters. Handling inspection and assessment for critical stage of coating works to ensure compliance with the project specifications.
