Manager Process
Engineering & Manufacturing of machine shop. Promoted as Manager machine shop in 2010-11. In 2012 Made quotations for export products. Worked as Senior Manager Manufacturing & process engineering with new vendor development of various parts & consumables of machines of Chain Plant 2013-20. Now Worked as head of manufacturing making Export components having CNC lathes, VMCs and Broaching of Bull Forging Ltd Ludhiana.
- I was responsible for time to time Process, engineering & Manufacturing process of motorcycle aluminium components trails and approval given for CNC machines & also taken approvals’ of components from customer HMCL.
- Made layout of plant based on capacity requirement & requirement no of machines given to Architect & Builder.
- Implemented 150 Ton, 250 SPMs Press machines earlier it was 100 Ton 100 SPM Presses.in chain plant.
- Developed Vendor of carbide dies of 8 cavity inner & outer plates of drive chain earlier it was 6 blank steel dies results in productivity & cost improvement.
- Improved 180 SPMs to 200 SPMs for cold forging machines results in productivity & cost improvement in AUTO parts in quality Productivity Cost improved a lot also pollution control.
- We Calculate ROI of each machines under consideration to get productivity Quality cost improvement.
- Saving of manpower done with automation it has reduced manpower requirement & got consistent quality.
- Divided full plant into various zones with equal responsibilities given to zone incharge for 5s Safety, Quality, Cost control, improvement in productivity, implement kaizens, improved environment.
Projects process engineering vendor development - Rockman industries - Haridwar Plant
(2008 - 2010)
- Made layout of machines as per capacity requirements.
- Impelement APQP PPAP PFMEA for this new Plant Prpcess Engineering.
- Got techno commercial offer for required machines.
- Placed order of the CNC machines, done trails and given approval of machines.
- Made samples and got approvals from HMCL and started production of each parts.
- Requirement for alloy wheel. Made comparison of techno commercial offers and than ordered GDC MACHINES CNC LATHES & SPMs.
- Than made samples for components and submitted to HMCL for approval and get Approval start production of Machine Shop of Haridwar plant.
- Got review of each activity of Haridwar plant and made plan and actual status as on date and reporting to M.D.
Project Work for New Bawal Plant - Rockman Corp. office - Delhi
Spent 6 months at Delhi Rockman corporate office to make requirement of machines, made layout & requirements given to Architect of Bawal Plant.
