I am an Indian Army officer with 22 years 6 months experience in public dealing, leading cross functional teams, operations, logistics, policy, procurement, training, I bring along a nuanced experience & energy to the assigned role.

I have held two roles in category A Training Institutions of Indian Army & have trained officers of both Indian & Foreign armies in various aspects like warfare, operations, logistics, Military Technology, leadership, organisational behaviour & effective communication. I was responsible for developing the training curriculum, content development, imparting learning though classroom & outdoor activities as well as the administrative aspects of the training & boarding of the trainees.

I have good communication skills and I am willing to learn, adapt quickly & deliver on the assigned role. I am taking Voluntary Retirement and I am available for work from 01 Jul 2023 onwards .

1. My current role is 'Director Project Future Combat Vehicles ( FRCV)' at the Integrated Headquarters Ministry of Defence (Army) Army). It involves research, policy making, procurement process planning, trial evaluation planning & conduct, contract policy & compliance monitoring in respect of the project. I have developed a good knowledge of the Defence Acquisition Procedure (DAP 2020) and the functional knowledge of the workings of the Ministry of Defence, India.
2. I have successfully commanded an Armoured regiment and an Independent Armoured Squadron in very challenging High Altitude Area along the Northern Borders requiring Leadership, Man management and technological understanding of the highest order.
3.
