Working as a Production Junior Engineer in HRAP LINE (AP LINE) & finishing line, specifically in the Pickling section.

• Adjust the pH in the treatment process to make waste water pH neutral, to remove or reduce the concentration of organic & inorganic compounds
• Knowledge in continuous annealing and pickling process (electrolyte pickling, Mixed Acid Pickling process)
• Cold rolling process, Slitting (wider & narrow), Cut to length operation
• Utilize Manpower Resources in proper way to produce good quality products with high Production
• Analyze defects of materials with quick interval and solve without breakdown of the equipments
• Training taken from seniors on increasing productivity and reducing breakdown
• Maintain proper process parameters and note down if any maintenance required for continuous production
• Coordinate with maintenance department to minimize breakdowns
• Analyze the pickling parameters and maintain as required
• Train and guide sub ordinates for smooth operation of APLINE
