- Processing all the necessary requirements of doctors before deadlines and reporting to Ops Manager on daily or weekly basis.
- Coordination with the respective Product Manager and Field Person for necessary documents
- Maintaining the Operational Checklists for each group to Track the Things to do.
- Work with Invoicing & Finance to ensure adherence to Payment policies to vendors as per the Contractual obligations for your projects specifically
- Track the satisfaction of the doctors via a feedback form about the CME or Congress.
- Help Ops Manager to track the expense of each therapy month on month and year on year.
- Maintain the Passport copies (soft) and essential information of the Doctors on a particular drive group wise for future reference.
