I am a Food Science & Technology student gaining hands-on experience in Quality Control, R&D, and analytical laboratory work. I work with techniques like GC, HPLC, LC-MS, ICP-MS, and HPTLC, and focus on ensuring food safety, quality, and product development. Alongside this, I also create scientific content and engage in teaching and mentoring roles.
I have hands-on experience in Quality Control and R&D through industry training at Om Sweets Pvt. Ltd. and Patanjali Foods Limited, Haridwar, where I worked with advanced analytical techniques such as GC, HPLC, LC-MS, ICP-MS, IRMS, and HPTLC. My work involved chemical testing, analytical reporting, product evaluation, and ensuring food safety and compliance.
Along with laboratory experience, I have contributed to scientific content development, supported academic events, and engaged in teaching and mentoring roles within the field of Science , Food Science & Nutrition.

Currently in progress with strong academic performance (CGPA: 8.6). Coursework includes food chemistry, microbiology, analytical techniques, food processing, quality assurance, and research methodology. Actively involved in practical lab work, product development, and industry-focused projects.
