Working with EHS Team Below Listed Responsibilities.

Create, implement and enforce safety policies for reduce the risk of accidents.
Conducting morning co-ordination (Tool box) meeting with all OEM & Construction contractors.
Safety Risk assessment & Method statement review / HIRA review
Delivering Safety induction training and Other EHS Trainings. (Lotto, Work at height etc..
Ensure ISO 45001 & 14001 Audit (Internal & External Audit)
Promoting safe practices on site and Creating and enforcing safety guidelines and programs and
Continuous updating and monitoring of all safety related documents, reports and issues to keep
Conduct Internal Audit (ISO, MI, IATF,VSA, 6S etc.)
Comply legal compliance related to DISH, GPCB, CGWA, Fire, PESO and other factory
Focus on KPI (key performance indicators) Zero LTCR, FTOV, Incident, Violations.
Conduct weekley/monthly safety commitee meeting.
Ensure Fire protection and Fire fighting equipments audits.
Conduct Mock drills, Fire drill and trainings to all staff on firefighting preparness.
Update monthly data on ESG portal. Preparing weekly and monthly MIS, its review and
Initiate Incident Investigation (5 Y analysis) find out root cause and Implement all Corrective actions are Implemented.
Leading EHS Team (Safety Officers - 04 and Fire Fighter - 06, Security - 08)
STP and ETP operations & Complience & Ensure waste management & Bio medical waste
Ensure TPM requirements and analyze problems related maintenance.
Review PPE Matrix , Conduct Behaviour Base Analysis.
Validation of PMHV & Material Handling trollies for safe movement.
Conduct HAZOP Study, Fishbone diagram, Cross learning cell study
Issuse Work permit before start the work. (hot work, work at height, L&R, confine space,
Performing Process confirmation to ensuring standardizes activities like Electrical Safety,
Ensure Construction contractor safety management system.
Performing Chemical risk assessment & preparing pictorial MSDS as per their properties & Hazards.
Performing and conducting safety picture audit for better compliance and covering unsafe act
Prepare and exacute annual HSE plan & budget.
Verification of power tools and equipment to ensure safe use.
Raise and conduct safety pramotational camapign and activity.
Ensure timely monitoring of Environment, Ambient Emission, Noise, Sewage Treatment &
Ensure Timely Submission of Returns for Hazardous Waste, E-Waste, Batteries, waste, Biomedical Waste Monthly Patrak & Environment Statement.
Ensure site security and CCTV related concerns.
Coordinate with Medical Officer to for conducting Periodic Health Check-up process.
Internal Auditor for ISO 14001, 45001 & IATF 16949
Nonstandard activities covering under Pre Task Analysis.
