- Preparation of different types of documentation, inspection formats. Documentation control certificates & technical data as required by the customer such as NDT Reports, Final Inspection Reports, Calibration Records, and Welder Performance Certificates etc. (MTC, Visual/Dimensional Inspection Reports, WPS/PQR/WQRT, NDT Reports, and Painting Inspection Reports).
- Maintaining the records such as, NDT, PWHT, HT, inspection data's.
- To manage all the day to day activities pertaining to the quality department right from the incoming of raw material till the readiness of the material for final inspection.
- Manage all day to day actives.
- Managing and taking care of all metal testing required as per requirements of ASME/ASTM standards and client's spec. of raw material, inter stage & product.
- Manage & taking care of various heat-treatment processes for various metals such as C.S, A.S & S.S. as required by applicable code & client spec.
