19 Years experience in R&D of organic synthesis and having experience in Pharma API, Pharma intermediates, fragrance, Specialty chemicals. Having experience in product scale up and as well understanding of various chemistry and Their operations like High vacuum distillation, Crystallization, drying, Solvent recovery. Also having experience in product market identification and working on it from R&D to Dispatch the final product.

- Leading a team of 19 chemist's. to guide them in new product development.
- Working on independent projects (R&D to Pilot Plant, Production plant scales up).
- Perform scale-up studies to ensure that the manufacturing process is viable at commercial scale, maintain product quality and compliance.
- Documentation: preparation of technology transfer documents (TTD), ISO documentation, Master file preparation etc...
- Co-ordination with other departments for safe, successful and timely batch execution (QC, EHS, QA, Eng. Store, ETP, Purchase etc.)
