• Look after our AWS infrastructure day to day and keep the Jenkins and GitHub Actions pipelines running without breaking things.
• Handle deployments for apps running on Docker and Kubernetes (EKS), so releases go out smoothly instead of turning into a fire drill.
• Work hands-on with EC2, VPC, IAM, and ECR, and use Terraform and Ansible so our infra and configs don't drift between environments.
• Package apps with Helm and take care of the regular Linux admin work that keeps servers healthy.

• Brought SonarQube and Trivy into the pipelines so code quality and security issues get flagged before they reach production.

• Handled day-to-day ticket triage and issue resolution for network support cases, making sure things got escalated on time so SLAs didn't slip.
• Kept an eye on connectivity issues and incidents as they came in, and worked through troubleshooting steps to get things back up and running.
