• Webhook Reliability: Made BBPS payment webhooks (NestJS/Prisma) safe against retries and mid-crash failures — verified provider signatures over raw payload, read Postgres state as the decision point, and guarded concurrent replay with Redis SET NX before enqueueing downstream work.
• Resource Management: Diagnosed a Mtalkz SMS client that ignored request context and could leak in-flight calls under caller timeouts — replaced it with context-propagating HTTP requests and a 1MB bounded response reader so cancellations actually stop the network call.
