Job Profile (Project Manager) – from October 2021 till date
- Daily interaction with IT service delivery managers, Technical architects, engineers, General manager, IT PMO and different engineering teams.
- Raising Business IDEA into clarity and work until it turns to Project or IMAC with requester.
- Budget allocation, scope allocation and for new projects.
- Analysing unapproved spend, approved budget, EAC, unapproved PCRs and IT recharge sheet.
- Defining RACI for multiple programs within the project/program.
- Planning to deployment of virtual, physical servers using agile approach and assist in server decommissions.
- Working with service delivery leads on daily basis in supporting IT Infrastructure on major issues.
- Continuous improvement on datacentre servers with the help of KPIs through service delivery.
- Resource planning and recruitment of new resources for different projects.
- Mentoring across teams on projects, programs and on performance achievement on Workload management and forecasting.
