- Handling SPAR OLA claims as part of the Order to Cash (O2C) process
- Reviewing, and tracking customer claims and deductions
- Coordinating with customers regarding claim details, approvals, and resolutions
- Performing claim reconciliation against invoices, credit notes, and payments
- Raising and tracking dispute / claim cases as per SOP
- Updating systems with accurate claim status, comments, and supporting documents
- Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports on claims aging and resolution status.
